Freinet Pedagogy in Brazil

The present work presents a survey of scientific productions about Freinet Pedagogy in Brazil in the last 40 years, with the aim of producing a consistent theoretical framework for a doctoral research that addresses the contributions of the theoretical thought of Celestin Freinet, a French pedagogue. To this end, extensive searches were carried out on the websites of the main universities in Brazil, as well as on specialized sites, such as the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) and the Portal of journals of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES).
