Sorocaba Education Secretary presents, among others, this formative proposal that aims to foster and deepen the discussion about the conceptions, practices and educational results existing in the literacy processes, in order to involve the educators and, thus, to promote the conceptual reflection and to expand the repertoire of pedagogical practices through the didactic possibilities presented in the materials of the PNAIC and Read and Write Programs. This action is developed through short videos that initiate discussions about teacher praxis, which will be deepened in the Hours of Teaching Work (HTP’s) and other formative moments in the schools and that will feed discussion forums in the Virtual Learning Environment. In the process of development, it is already possible to observe a large number of accesses to the videos and materials made available. Effective results can be observed through participation in the forums, the change of pedagogical practice and consequently of the educational results.
